A+ Criteria

LSHG A+ RATING CRITERIA

The LSHG A+ Rating is the sole quality designation granted by Lonestar Home Guide LLC. Every member of LSHG who meets and maintains the criteria below carries the LSHG A+ designation. There are no tiers within A+. A member either meets the standard and holds A+, or they are not a member of LSHG.

To earn and maintain the LSHG A+ Rating, a member must satisfy all of the following:

  1. Be a paid member of Lonestar Home Guide in good standing with a current, active membership and no unpaid balances.
  2. Self-report a Google Business Profile rating of 4.0 stars or higher at the time of application and at each annual renewal.
  3. Maintain active general liability insurance covering their business operations, attested to by the member at application and at each annual renewal.
  4. Hold a current, valid license for any service category that requires a state or municipal license under applicable Texas law. License verification is the sole responsibility of the member.
  5. Have no unresolved consumer complaints that the member has refused to address in good faith.
  6. Remain in compliance with the LSHG Member Terms of Service.

Failure to maintain any of the above criteria results in immediate removal of the LSHG A+ Rating and may result in termination of LSHG membership. Membership fees are non-refundable.

Lonestar Home Guide LLC reserves the right to update these criteria from time to time at the sole discretion of Lonestar Home Guide LLC. Active members will be notified in writing of any material changes.
